Too long waiting to complete call.

Reason for call: paid twice for subscription. For some reason renewal of subscription was flagged on my debit card and didn't go through. I said charge was ok. I thought my subscription was cancelled so I paid for new one through Apple. Then Blue Mountain put charge through my bank account after hold was taken off. I paid for two subscriptions,

Can't login

I talked to one of your CS people. I explained that I couldn't login. She said there is no account like mine in the system I explained I am a good standing customer who pays annually by auto debit. She was rude when she repeated the same as above. Finally she said she would send me an email to change my password, which was never received. I, then started from scratch with a new password, which fortunately worked without her email that was supposedly sent.

Want to cancel one e-card that I'm sending on May 21

I put the wrong date on the birthday card that I wanted to send on May 21 . I redid the card that I sent and sent it on May 19 instead.

They billed my credit card without my permission. Tried to cancel and it said they were closed?? I called within business hours. Not pleased. My only option now is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Angry

Trying to cancel unapproved membership

I suddenly got an email that I was being charged for my membership. I didnt even recall ever having one-if I did it was ages ago. So then I tried to cancel and thought I had, next day lo and behold, I get an email saying that my membership is renewed until March 2024! Tried to call to cancel and it says they are closed. According to my time they are not.

Can’t pull up blue mtnnecards online, I am along time member. This is new & awful

I type in safari your website, gives me many options, when I choose one, screen goes back to blank, to again type in Blue Mountain Email cards wont even jet me log in HELP

The gentleman I talked to was very cooperative and nice. He checked out my problem and then tried to send a message the way I had tried to send with my husbands e mail address and his message went through with no problem! He didnt think the problem was Im my I phone and suggested I try again. I tried but for some reason it did go through but it was different card!

Stay away! Signs you up for membership without you knowing!

I sent one ecard with Blue Mountain and they signed me up for a monthly membership. I canceled online, only to find them still billing me months later. I canceled again, received an email that they would cancel my membership and stop the auto charges, and now they have charged me AGAIN. Reported for fraud to my credit card company.

Agent was extremely helpful. Calling to check to see how many more days before my subscription expired. She was not only able to answer my question readily, also assisted in canceling the service after the expiration date. That was very considerate.
